Description

Ok saw lots of accidents to and from our new kayak launch.  This car was upside down and made it into the traffic report on the radio. What I hadn't noticed that makes this funny to me is the Elmo doll tied to the garbage truck.

Sad for the people who was in the car but it´s funny the Elmo doll watching the accident. I hope the people inside the car were ok.
