Description
I had no idea we had this butterfly in Florida. It looked like a cross between a swallowtail and a monarch. The top side is what is lovely. A black butterfly with bright blue hind wings that have lines through them. Limenitis arthemis astyanax. But what a jerk. I had a hard time getting him to show me his back and hold those wings open and he kept flying away. I finally got two good pics out of like 20.

... sometimes it´s hard with them ,because you didn´t know when he will flying away or he sometimes flapping wings.
