Budgie Art Theft and more

I am posting this for the members of the group to be aware. This deviation by Rainstar-of-LakeClan   was a pic I the founder and admin of the group Budgieness approved with my main account Thagirion I then informed Rainstar that It is not the first "pink" budgie that it is more properly called a purple budgie or the official name "violent mutation"  I then linked her to this posters.  This is the deviation where the the stolen image is on.

I then got the comment from  my good friend that the photo is actually a photo manipulation from this message board. www.tailfeathersnetwork.com/co… My reply to Gamma-Wings was something to the effect of "Not again. I will look into if this person owns this "  I then left the comment. "Does this photo belong to you?"  I came to look at the deviation again and as you see here my comments were hidden or marked as spam. Why Gamma's was not hidden is beyond me since she's the one that reported it to me. 
From the looks of things Rainstar wants the fame of having "the first pink" budgie and is willing to hide the evidence. 
Second I highly doubt this photo belongs to her.  Why would she hide my comments and block me if she were the owner?
Third she must not be very smart and realize that I am the owner of the group.  The fact she could not answer my questions shows me that this is NOT her art. So the "art" will be removed from the group.  I will also inform the group We-Luv-Budgies of art theft so they take it down too. Also marking things as spam does nothing. It only serves to make the person marking feel like they did something.  I had rejected another submission from this person too because they uploaded a very ugly photo manip that didn't even show the budgies so why try to get that in the group? Also the nerve to put the DA water mark on this.  I don't think they have permission from the owner to do that.

So Rainstar, answer my question. Does this photo belong to you? I am sure it does not.  Say no and take it down because I can also inform the true owner on that group which would get you in more trouble than you're already in.  Unblock my main account. If you do not do these things you will be kicked and blocked from the group. This is your last chance to do the right thing. 

To my watchers. You know what to do if this is not carried out. Sorry to bother you with this but this is how art theives have to be treated. I will move this to scraps when this is resolved. I will also keep this updated.  Deviantart is not a place to post other people's works. It's for people with actual creativity that make their own original works out of nothing.  Get some talent and originality. DA is a community that does not tolerate art theft and it's against my group's rules too.

I am also the owner of with over 1000 members. You do NOT want me to post this there.

EDIT: 4-13-20015 - Confirmed this girl is an art thief as she now hid Gamma's comments and my warning with this account.  Here is more evidence of art theft.

Seems the two images of the collies and cheetah were removed by the mods. I only found out because she visited me. She put up a silly deviation asking people not to report her.
