Description
This is Optic. She's a normal sky blue budgie. She looks shy and innocent enough. She's a good pet because she doesn't bite. A good quality in a female budgie. BUT she's the only budgie that has ever defeated Bullet in a fight. I don't know how that happens. Maybe because she's bigger and heavier.

Beautiful budgie! 
I think the female budgies are more aggressive than the males, actually. Two females in a cage will fight, but the males usually get along fairly well.
I see the cage door seems to be one of those slide up-slide down things. Do you use a clip or a twist tie or something to make sure it stays fastened? This is for the budgie's protection; a friend of mine lost her budgie years ago when the budgie figured out how to push up her cage door and get out. One day a not-especially-bright visitor left the back door of the house open, and...
